The Professional Strategy Practitioner (PSP) Program is a comprehensive, practitioner-focused program designed to equip participants with the full spectrum of strategic management competencies — from strategy formulation to execution and performance measurement. It serves as a complete preparation for the IASP certification exams (SPP and SMP), blending academic rigor with practical, consulting-grade tools.

The PSP Program is structured around the proprietary AFTER Framework™ — a logical, end-to-end strategic management methodology fully aligned with the IASP Body of Knowledge 3.0.
Evaluate the organization's strategic planning maturity level (Ad-hoc to Optimized), assess organizational readiness, and establish the foundation for strategy development using the Strategy Maturity Model.

Establish a Governance Operating Model, define Decision Rights (RAPID), integrate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), apply Double-Loop Learning, and sustain the strategic planning system long-term.
